Overview
As ABAIR and the various subprojects continue to grow in scale / complexity, we need to keep a clear overview of the various different strands of work ongoing across the group. We really have a diverse group contributing to different components—from core technology development to downstream applications—and it is challenging to keep track of progress across the board!
To help us stay coordinated (and to support the preparation of annual reports and funder updates), we’ll need fortnightly progress reports from everyone involved in the project.
The reports don’t need to be long or very detailed. The goal is just to maintain visibility on what each person is working on, what’s going well, and where challenges/bottlenecks may be emerging and where people may better be able to help each other.
The editor located on the backoffice uses the following template. (Keep it concise—bullet points are best.)
